Market Hall Bakery Brown Butter Almond Torte

The perfect accompaniment to afternoon tea or dinner party dessert. Our Brown Butter Almond Torte has been a staple in our bakery for decades, and it's easy to see why. Dense and intensely almondy, with a deep, nutty richness from browned butter, it also happens to be gluten-free. We love serving it with a dollop of crème fraîche and fresh berries, but it's just as lovely with a simple cup of black tea or coffee. 

Small serves 1-2; large serves 4-6.
